I ran across the above passage from Alan Weiss, author of Million Dollar Consulting: The Professional\u2019s Guide to Growing a Practice nearly two years ago when I was attempting to articulate my thoughts about how to price e-learning. It struck me as a good framework at the time.<\/p>\n

What you are able to charge for your e-learning offerings \u2013 or anything else, for that matter \u2013 is dependent upon the value your prospective customers place upon them.
